- Mold steel. S136H or other good quality mold steel

- Mold base. LKM

- Mold runner. Cold

- Mold life. 200K - 500K shots. 

- Time. 25-40 days for T0 after confirming the DFM and mold design. 

Product

- Material. 304, 316 etc... (Heat treatment is available)

- MOQ. Small trial order is acceptable. 

- Tolerance. +/-0.05mm, CNC machining is available to improve the tolerance. 

- Surface treatment. Texturing,sand blasting, brushing, polishing, PVD, plating etc... 

- Logo. Laser engraving etc... 

- Design analysis, prototyping, assembling and packaging are available services in SIMO-TEK.
